Upgraded from Premier to H&B 2/3/22. Don't need H&B, want to downgrade to Premier.

Upgraded from Premier to H&B 2/3/22. Don't need H&B, want to downgrade to Premier. No downgrade option allowed (i.e. red circle)! How do I do this within the 30-day window?
Oh, H&B is sold with superior customer service.

Thanks that worked well, got it resolved. I had misread their customer support hours as EST vs really being PST!
