Truist Credit Card - Incorrect Value

I have the same issue with a Truist Credit Card Account. I am using Quicken Home & Business for Windows on my Desktop. The transactions update without issue but What I get is Cleared Balance $500, Statement Ending Balance -$500, Difference $1000.
I tried both the above suggestions: Validate and Super Validate. I followed the direction exactly. Neither made any difference.0
