Bill Minder and Autopay with Creditor

I have autopay setup with many of my creditors. I have quicken setup with online download, but when a scheduled bill is downloaded is does not update Bill Minder that the bill was downloaded and paid. What am I missing?

I'm paying many of my bills in the same way, with the biller (creditor) directly debiting the amount due from my checking or a credit card account on due date.

To record these events in Quicken I have always used Scheduled Reminders, even before the latest incarnation of Quicken Bill Manager / Bill Pay / Check Pay (which I don't really use).
When an email comes in from the biller telling me about the new bill, all I have to do is to record the Scheduled Reminder, with an updated amount due when needed. I make sure to do that BEFORE I download bank transactions containing the autopay transaction in my checking or credit card accounts. That allows Quicken to match the downloaded autopay to the already existing register transaction.
