Schwab accounts wont update from the Dashboard

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭
If I update from the window "investing/portfolio" the schwab account prices update, however if I update in the window "investing/dashboard" the schwab account prices do not update. I am running Win 38.30. Anyone have this experience?
