I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with One Step Updates. Thank you for bringing this matter before the Quicken Community.
What error messages - if any - have you noticed when the accounts fail to connect to online banking services? Have you recently changed the passwords for either of these accounts? Also, when did this issue first start taking place?
Have you tried restoring from a backup saved just prior to when this issue first began? To reiterate, you can save a backup anytime by going to File > Copy or Backup File in the upper menu at the top of the screen. Likewise, you can restore from a backup anytime by going to File > Restore a Backup File in the same menu.
