I am sorry to hear about this problem with account downloads. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.
Currently, there is an Open Alert regarding PNC Bank and online banking connections that may be related to the issue you are experiencing. I will provide a link to the discussion where you can follow this Alert
