I am sorry to hear about this issue with account access. Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community in search of assistance.
In order to be of help, I will require some additional information. When did you move? Also, are you receiving a message saying that your password or username are incorrect? What kind of error message - if any - are you seeing? Are you able to access your Quicken data at all when you open the program?
