quicken stopped working 04/27/22

my Quicken stopped working yester, same day that I got a windows update. When I double click non the icon it shows for a second then disappears never loading. Have removed and reinstalled Quicken but did not fix issue. I spoke to support and they wanted me to delete C:drive Program file (x86) but it would let me. When I looked at the contents of this file I am glad it didn't as it contained lot of non quicken files. ANY SUGGESTIONS. I'm not a techy so keep it simple.
