Is there an easy way to find all your reoccuring "bills" (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to determine which credit card "account to use"is used for which vendor ? My credit card was stolen and I need a quick way to locate all items that need to be changed.

    Have you tried creating a Report Itemized Payees (from the Reports Menu or the Reports & Graphs Center) then customize it to first select only the credit card account in question and finally setting the Date Range to All Dates?
    In the report view click the "Expand all" button to drill down to transaction detail.
