Can't open copied Quicken file

Problems with downloading Chase due to Windows 11 issue. Purchased new computer with Windows 11 but cannot get the Quicken data file to open. "Unable to create the destination data file." and "could not open the file........ The file is not read only.

    What is the full path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file on the hard drive? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup?
