Has anyone had trouble with the registers freezing in the middle?

My Quicken registers are frozen in the whole center section. Only the top and bottom lines will move with my cursor. Support was no help.

    In another discussion, a user reported resolving this issue by switching the register view between 1-line and 2-lines-per-transaction modes (press CTRL-2).
