How do I fix a 'Server Communication Error'? (Q Mac, FDP-106)

I get this error when I try to set 529 College savings plan. AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR (ACCOUNT_MISMATCH:FDP-106), appears when I sign in with my account credentials. Several solutions on Google, but no luck. Please advise.
