How do I cancel a check to print
Hello
@wclund
,
Thank you for inquiring about this here on the Quicken Community. I am sorry for any confusion you may have experienced.
First, save a backup by navigating to the menu in the top of the screen and go to
File > Copy or Backup File...
Next, Click on the check where you see it in the list of the
Write Checks
dialogue box so as to highlight it, then click the right-facing arrow button and select
Delete or Void
in the window that appears. Do you wish to keep the transaction in the register? If so, I can provide additional steps: Right-click on the check in the list mentioned earlier, and then select
View in Register
when it appears. You can then remove the word
Print
in the
Check #
field.
I hope that is helpful.
Thanks again,
Quicken Jared
