I am setting up a new Quicken data file. I can successfully add my America First Credit Union (https://www.americafirst.com/) accounts to Quicken. All the accounts show up along with the recent transactions. The accounts are set up to use Direct Connect for updates. Each time I run the One Step Updates on the America First accounts I get the following error.

OL-301-A
Your financial institution has rejected your request. Additional information from America First Credit Union: A general error has occurred.[OL-301-A]

I called America First Credit Union and they said everything looks good on their side.

What is strange is that the connection works to get the initial download, but fails every time after that. Does any one have ideas for how I can fix this problem?

Are you authorized to upload Bill Payments to America First Credit Union?

You might have Activated Online Bill Pay at the Quicken Desktop Software level, but it might not carried through to the Credit Union's Website.

Hence, the error, OL-301-A, you are not authorized to access the service.

America First Credit Union, might be ending Direct Connect, like Chase is doing right now. Or there is error within the Intuit servers.

I don't know for sure, but call, Quicken Support.
