Unable to Download Loan Account [Edited]

After several days of issues with Quicken (up-to-date version) giving me issues with downloading transactions, I contacted support. After about an hour of doing various things to fix it, I asked when the ability to download my loan accounts would be fixed, as they were still not downloading, and had no option to set up online access. He told me that Quicken no longer supports loan accounts, which just about everyone who uses quicken uses.
Well, that was the last straw, [Removed - Violation of Community Guidelines]. And the worst part is that the auto-renewal for my account was 2 months ago. Needless to say, I am going to be asking for a refund because they did not inform me, or any Quicken users, that they were going to be removing features prior to my renewal.

What type of "loan" accounts? Most Quicken SU's recommend not using online features for mortgage account.

The customer service person was wrong. Quicken has not discontinued downloading of loan accounts.
