Reconcile window shows cash balance and not share balance

I have some brokerage accounts that let me reconcile using the share balance but a couple of others that will only let me reconcile using the cash balance ( of which there is none). The account settings look to be the same. I want to reconcile using the share balance.

@jands - if you look the General tab in Account Details, what is the Account Type for the accounts that only allow you to reconcile using cash balance?  What is the Account Type for accounts that allow you to reconcile using share balance?

I found the problem. Under the Holdings tab, Single Mutual Fund was set to NO. It needed to be set to YES.
