Does anyone have tips for how to download transactions from Citi/Home Depot Consumer Credit Card? I was able to download until recently. Then when I went to reset the connection, it cleared my user name and password and won't connect at all.

First, have you noticed any particular error messages or error codes when trying to update your account or download transactions? Also, what prompted you to reset the account connection?
