Web Connect not working

Quicken R42.8
Accounts using Web Connect start the process but the program stops working and crashes.
Tried to do the account re-set and the program froze and quit working.
One account that uses One Step Direct Connect works just fine.
Not sure what to try next.

    Institutions have switched to connecting to their web sites first then downloading transactions. Problem solved
