NewRez Mortgage gets auth error

Despite correct credentials, my online session rejects with invalid credentials for NewRez Mortgage. Any suggestions on how to resolve? Also the loan account in Quicken does not have an option to add an Online connection, how do I enable that feature for the loan account?
