How to modify Font settings for the Right-Click menus in Registers?

I am seeing grainy looking fonts in the right-click menus in Registers only. All other menu's fonts are crisp. I have searched Help, Community, and followed suggestions made here: The font style of my drop-down menus looks bad and I can't see where it can be changed. — Quicken
Does anyone know of a Quicken or Windows (10) setting that could impact this menu? Here's a screen shot:
Thanks!

OK. I found a Windows setting that worked for me. With Quicken closed:
1) Settings > System > Display: Click Advanced scaling setttings:
2: 1) Settings > System > Display: Click Advanced scaling settings:
3) Back into Quicken register Right-click menu:

Yes, the High DPI Scaling Override helps with some font issues.

@imdcareys - great solution, but unfortunately this "Advanced Scaling Settings" no longer available with Windows 11. Just wanted to put this out there for those Quicken users with Windows 11.
The other solution I have found that works for Windows 11 is "Adjust Cleartype Text", which also works for Windows 10. The easiest way to access this setting is to type it in your Windows Search.1
