    Did you try right click on it and pick maximize?

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    I right clicked, but it didn't show maximize as an option. Also tried rebooting and hitting Windows key and up arrow and hovering to see if max appeared. Nada

    @bflowe - What version of Windows are you using?  There are several ways to get Quicken to open depending on which version you have.
