Mortgage Calculations in Quicken For Mac are Incorrect

The amortization table for mortgage loans in Quicken for Mac is being calculated incorrectly. For some reason it seems to be off by one month. e.g. Correct solution: Loan balance after 8/1 payment is 276,554.84 at 3.25%/year compounded monthly = Interest payment of 749.00 due on 9/1. However Quicken calculates $751.19 which was the interest payment on 8/1.
