PNC & Credit Card download . . . Error 505

1. The problem occurs only with their Visa card -- not with checking.
2. They say they have 'escalated' the problem . . .
A. I don't have the problem with other credit cards.
B. The problem is recent . . . I have a dozen years of use (Quicken & PNC) without this
problem.
C. [Removed - Speculation/Disruptive]
D. Very frustrating.

A user offered the solution:I quote below.
I find it taxes my technical ability. I am a paying customer -- and think that customer fees should make all this easy. Let the staff do the work -- don't ask the customer to do it.

You will note that CREDIT is not listed which means that credit accounts are not supported by PNC - Direct Connect.
There is a different PNC setup link that does show CREDIT support but with Express Web Connect, not Direct Connect: PNC Card Services Online.

You might want to try setting up your credit card via PNC Card Services Online.
