Hi
I just renewed my membership after 2 years and my accounts after i synched are off the actual balances. Any tips to reconcile this?

Sorry to hear about this problem with balances being incorrect. Thank you for inquiring about this here on the Quicken Community.
First, are you noticing this problem when you attempt to reconcile your accounts, or are you seeing incorrect totals in your account registers? If the latter is the case, are you missing any transactions in your account register, or are you noticing duplicate transactions? Also, where is your current active data file located? You can check this anytime by navigating to File > Show this file on my computer in the upper menu at the top of the screen.
