apple payments not loading

For the last four months, none of my payments for my apple card (Goldman-Sachs) have loaded. The charges load just fine however. Any ideas? I can load them manually just fine of course.

    I am sorry to hear about this issue with missing payments. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.

    First, are you noticing that the payments are missing in the account register? When did this issue begin? Have you noticed any error messages in association with this account? I will need some additional information before I can offer further recommendations.
