Transactions do not show in the reconcile window

We have 4 accounts. Three of them work fine but one will not show the transactions in the reconcile window.

Hi @J Mike,
Is this new behavior (i.e. did transactions appear in the reconcile window in the past, but recently they do not)? Often times this is a timing issue (the posting date of the transaction is outside the reconcile date), rather than a problem with the application.
