PNC Download (Quicken Windows) Workaround

I've confirmed as best I can that PNC is indeed shutting off updates and only allowing them between 10 PM and 4 AM EDT. I did my first successful update in a week last night at 10:15 PM eastern. For those of us on the East Coast, you can have Quicken schedule transaction updates. Quicken has to be left running and you do need to store passwords in your vault. I talked to PNC via social media a few days ago and have been having discussions with PNC Bank. Today they advised me that they made some changes. I was able to do a download without errors a few minutes ago, at 3:03 PM EDT. I will wait a few days and see if it still works but it appears that the situation is improved.
