VYSTAR now downloading bank account and credit card info

Congrats. Works for me too except will not update VyStar Visa. (I have no IRA with VyStar). Maybe one day??? ;-) UPDATE: Made the fatal error of resetting the Visa account (which resets ALL of your VyStar accounts). To reset, Quicken asks for the name of the financial institution and VyStar is not among them, so the accounts that were updating are no longer. DO NOT reset any account with Vystar if you are getting at least some updates from credentials formerly stored in your Password Vault.0

As Account Type = Savings, with Tax Deferred = Yes and Account Intent (on the Display Options tab) set to Retirement instead of Savings?
If you create a new account like the above, it should connect for downloading (though I can't try, I have no Vystar accounts).
If it does, in Quicken transfer the account balance to the new account and mark the old account as closed.

What edition level (Starter Edition, Deluxe, etc.), version and release of Quicken (R xx.xx) are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to determine year/version and release. You must be on the latest release (patch) level for your supported Quicken Subscription version. If you're missing patches, update your software first.
Is your subscription still active? Or is it expired?
What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?
What error codes, error messages, symptoms do you get?
What bank(s) are you having issues with?
What account types (checking, savings, etc.) are you having issues with? Vystar Savings
Does this problem occur when you run One Step Update from your desktop/laptop or when you initiate a download using the Quicken Mobile App or Quicken on the Web?
What have you tried so far to resolve the issue?0 -
Active subscription, Win 10, NO errors... VyStar simply not among financial institutions, happens in all apps and desktop version and web. I've updated Quicken. This issue has been brought up several times in the community. Can't see where a new thread will help. VYstar in the problem. But thanks.0

Trouble is, you can't create a new account because VyStar is no longer listed as financial institution, as least for me.0 -
I am now not able to download any Vystar info. have no idea why!! it is showing account balances as of certain date but no activity is downloading anymore. Really frustrating. I have stopped using Vystar credit card as i am tired of entering transactions manually. I guess Vystar just doesn't care!!!!!!!!!!
of course no one at the branch has any idea when it will be fixed.0 -
Vystar is no longer listed as an available Quicken FI.
