    Jared I have had and continue to have the the same issue. I also tried all the steps recommended.. to no avail ...Can you also send me the direct message with instructions  . I had tried support sevearal month ago.. wait times were too long.. Thank you   will look forward to a direct message with xfurther suggestions/instructions..
