Hello ...I may have found an issue in Quicken Premier. How do I report it?

Perhaps others have seen this use case?
1. To Date values in the Budget worksheet are wrong.
2. Manage Budget Categories --> remove category.
3. Manage Budget Categories --> add category back in.
4. To Date values are now correct.
