Issue downloading Schwab brokerage transactions

I noticed today that new mutual fund purchases are not downloading to my Schwab brokerage account since July. The funds are showing in my account as "cash". I've tried changing the connection type from Quicken connect to direct connect, but direct connect is greyed out.

Even stranger, I tried to enter the transaction manually, and the funds disappear from "cash" and do not show up in my portfolio in Quicken. It reduces my net worth number as well, so a purchase is just disappearing.

Any ideas? All other Schwab accounts and transactions are being pulled in correctly, but this is the only brokerage account, so I don't know if this problem is related to the transaction type or to the account.
