I apologize about this issue with online banking services. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for assistance with this issue.
First, are you making use of any Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), antivirus software, pop-up blockers, or new firewall settings? If so, it may be necessary to remove these in order to troubleshoot this issue further, as they can cause connectivity issues that result in these kinds of messages.
Provided that these are not in use, navigate to File > Copy or Save Backup... in the upper menu at the top of the screen, then try using the steps provided below:- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
I hope to hear more from you about this if you have the chance to check back in with us.
Thank you,
Quicken Jared0
