Issues with "No uncleared items to reconcile" Message

This has come up before. "there no uncleared items to reconcile" when I try to manually reconcile. There are clearly a ''c" besides transactions. Restored file from backup. Release is R43.32

    When I experienced this, it is because the statement ending date was incorrect in the reconcile window. Make sure the ending date in the reconcile window matches the ending date of your bank statement.

    This is for August transactions. Is there a fix or should I manually "R" reconcile each and then (hopefully) move on for trans ending 9/16/22?
