How do I stop the Chase update messages for old closed accounts ?

My chase accounts were closed years ago

    Are they still showing as active for online access in Quicken - or - have they been DE-activated in the Online area.
    And - is this the reminder message from Chase - with the [x] in the lower right area to "remind me later"
