Just recently--Every remote transaction *duplicated*--wreaking havoc on finances
DHClem
Just in the last couple of weeks, her remote transaction is *duplicated*--wreaking havoc on finances.
HELP--what does it mean that the clr column is green for one and blue for the other?
What do I do?

OMG-- It's EVERY CHASE / JPM account. The NEW download system "promised" is DUPLICATION ALL TRANSACTIONS. EVERYTHING IS A MESS, PEOPLE!
Anyone else? Did I not update correctly to new way?
Jon
A blue checkmark means the transaction has posted to your account; a green checkmark means it has been reconciled. If you have duplicate transactions, and one of them is green & the other blue, keep the green one; If they are both the same color then I don't think it matters which one you keep.
When I switched my Chase & BoA accounts to EWC+ I wound up with duplicate transactions, as did many others. When I deleted the dupes they did not come back, other have reported them reappearing again.

Thanks Jon. With so many Chase accounts, I just resent the time it has taken me and despite all my efforts to do so, some credit cards will not reconcile...without a large (> $1,000) dreaded "Reconcile Adjustment"--not a good way to keep your recorded!
