Quicken version R43.32 won't download some accounts
Jeffrey Wilens
Got this update today. Now, Chase credit card and Bank of the West checking account did not download for this week. I clicked "update transactions" but instead of trying to update, it opens the bank's website in my browser. Tried multiple times, same result. I already switched to Chase new login method last week and it worked fine. Now it doesn't.

I am experiencing this same issue with my Chase account. When I downloaded the transactions manually from Chase, Quicken prompted me to re-add Chase to my One-Step Update list. Afterwards it began working again.

I have R43.32 I have 3 chase accounts. One is working. 2 are not. I manually updated the connection
method to the web connect and it "seems" to be working. Quicken did not provide any kind of error
message when the connection method failed.

I resolved it my manually updating the connection method as suggested by Norman Drews.
