Well, here we go again. Looks like Quicken's end of September deadline for Chase conversion has broken something. EWC+ download of transactions were working fine for me but now I haven't been able to get any new Chase transactions seems since Sept 21st. I seem to be experiencing what others have been reporting with the downloads not working, and I am having the issue after converting all my Chase Accounts to EWC+. What is going on Quicken?

I had a similar thing happen yesterday with my Discover account that uses EWC (not EWC+). It hadn't downloaded anything since 9/7. To fix it I just did a "Reset Account" from the Online Services tab in the Account Details window (go to Tools/Account List and Click on "Edit" for the account in question.) During the reset process all the missing transactions got downloaded. Give it a try. It's worth a shot.

I reset my Chase checking account and after going through the authorization process again and returning to Quicken where it matched and linked with the Quicken account, it downloaded the missing transactions. However, it didn't download the transactions missing for my Chase Savings account after going through the same online reset account process. I don't see any benefits in EWC+. Everything was working fine with DirectConnect.0

When I reset my Chase account, all missing transactions download, but that doesn't fix the problem. I must reset my account daily or perform a manual download from Chase and import the transactions into Quicken. That always results in duplicates, so the final step is comparing Quicken transactions to Chase and deleting the dups. This can be very time-consuming, and it would be quicker to enter everything manually.1

Resetting my Chase account in Quicken did the job for me.0

I am missing one complete statement cycle from Chase in my latest update--it's from 2021--and I can't figure out how to add that data to my Quicken files. Can anyone advise me?0

All this EWC+ connections with Chase and likely with other institutions seeing the various messages out there in the community, does not seem to be well tested or prepared. Make sure you validate your file and backup the file often to be able to restore to last good backup and lot loose all your years of data.0 -
Well since chase investment accounts were not downloading, i've had to deactivate downloads for those accounts in Quicken and manually enter transactions that don't download. Right now only using EWC+ for Chase banking accounts (checking/savings). Quicken Software seems confused between Banking and Investment accounts. It only finds banking accounts for linking to existing Chase accounts in Quicken, but not the investment ones even when going through authorization process and allowing all of them. After having the banking accounts setup with EWC+, I tried to individually setup the investment account for downloads which takes me to the Chase site to authorize but when it comes back to Quicken, it never shows the investment account to link to. It only redisplays the banking accounts which are already linked and this is even when initiating the download setup within Quicken's investment account.

I am continuing to have problems with missing transactions from Chase. I just did a download and am missing transactions between 10/7/2022 and 10/25/2022. The same thing happened back in September, and when I spoke to a Quicken Support person at that time, that person didn't have a clue as to what the problem might be. He had me reset the account and try downloading again, but that didn't work. I ended up having to manually enter the transactions.
My husband and I both have Chase accounts, and it is happening in both accounts, so it is double the irritation.
Is Quicken doing something to resolve this issue?0 -
I am having the same problem. I was using DirectConnect, and transactions had stopped downloading entirely. Reset did not help. Saw the prompt to switch to EWC, so I tried that. Now I got the last 5 days of transactions, but the 6 days prior to that are missing. As a CTO with 30 years experience developing apps, this is not rocket science, strange how something so simple can be so messed up.0
