Payee not being transferred on Express Web Connect Download from PayPal

In Quicken Deluxe for Windows transactions that get downloaded through Express Web Connect for PayPal only do not have correct payee information, they all show "PayPal" as Payee which does not help in categorizing transactions without then having to go to PayPal site itself which defeats the purpose of downloading.. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Just a shot in the dark ...
Are you sure that there isn't an incorrect Renaming Rule getting in the way of these downloaded transactions? Review your Renaming Rules for one named PayPal and see what it does. If you know how to, correct it. Otherwise delete it.
