Cannot delete a manual transfer

I entered a transfer between my accounts in Quicken manually. I do not use (and have never used) Quicken to make online payments or transfers. When I try to delete the transfer the program does not let me do it. Instead, it gives me this message, "To delete it, choose Edit Menu > Transaction > Cancel Payment, then send it from the Online Center."

As noted, I did not make this transfer through the Online Center. Plus, when I look at the Edit Menu > Transaction there is no Cancel option. This appears to be a bug. The only way I was able to change the transaction was to enter a value of "0" and save it. However, I should have been able to delete it. How do I resolve this in the future? I have been using Quicken for 20 years and have not encountered this before. I should note that I my Quicken software is updated to the latest version (R43.32).

I solved my own problem, but I still think this is a bug. In the transaction, I deleted one of the transfer accounts. I was then able to delete the transaction and there was no question about cancelling an online transaction.

I don't know anything about that but try looking in the Ref check # field if it says PRN or print or something and clear it out.

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

Thanks for your idea, but that is not the issue.
