Unable to download transactions

Unable to download from chase or Discover. I go thru active one step sign into chase and Chase says I am al set and will be redirected to Quicken and I just keep spinning in quicken

    If that is a browser webpage, try Alt-Tab to switch into Quicken. For me, somehow the "redirect" didn't work, but after Alt-Tabbing into Quicken, the process resumed.
