Bank of America Updated Online access is Removing Data! [Edited]

Quicken Windows 2017 Member ✭✭
Ever since Bank of America changed the way it works with Quicken, it has been a failed experience. When I go to download the latest transactions, it removes previous entered data. When is this getting fixed? [Edited - Readability]
