Missing Securities when Adding IRA Accounts from RWBaird

I've just set up three new investment accounts in Quicken for Mac, connected to my IRA accounts at R.W. Baird. Two problems have occurred after synchronizing the accounts into Quicken:
1.) Not all of the securities have come over. In fact, in one of the accounts Quicken imports 27 securities from the portfolio and stops in the alphabetical list at "H". There are about 60-70 securities in the account.
2.) The money market funds in the account are not showing up at all. The total value of the IRA account shown in Quicken is short by exactly the amount of cash-equivalent (money market) securities in the account.
What is the best way to resolve these issues?
Thanks in advance for the help.
