gains and losses not updating

My account stopped updating gains and losses on Sept 9 just showing an asterisk

    What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
    US, Canadian or other country version?
    Is your subscription expired or still active?
    Click Help / About Quicken to get this information.

    Have you run One Step Update or one of the Investing / Download Activity functions?
    Did you get any error messages or error codes?
