    If these error messages are continuing when trying to make use of online banking connections, I recommend that you speak with Quicken Support by making use of the information provided here.     Working now--be sure for all to use "Belk Credit Card" as financial institution (and not Synchrony). Somehow this got switched for me during the period Belk transactions could not be accessed.
