Downgrade from Home and Business to Premier

I don't use all the property rental features in H&B but I track my investments. How will this effect my data if I downgrade to Premier.

    Your data will still be there.  You will lose some of the H&B features and reports.  

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    All versions of Quicken use the same data and same QDF file.... different features are enabled based upon version.
    You might go down to Deluxe - I have Deluxe and can do everything I want with my Investments...
    There might be some things that Premier can do.... but it would be in the Reporting area.
