re-authorize an acount!

quicken is forcing me to reauthorize an account, the layout is different, and the history only goes back a few months! Can i change either, or both???

    Can you give us some more information so we can help you?

    Which financial institution is involved?  After you did the "reauthorization" process, do you now have two different accounts (and registers) in Quicken for this account, or only one?

    Get back to us and we'll go from there.
