Timing options in bill and income reminders;

I finally figured out why my reminders for the Washington Post bills continually get out of sync. They charge every 28 days, not every month! There appears to be no setting for this in "Bill and Income reminders" (desktop app). Am I missing something?

    It's there if your QWin is current.

    Only if you live in a place where there are 7 days in a week.
