Western Credit Union Issues Still
I'm still having trouble connecting with Western after they converted to the new Digital Banking app. Quicken won't download my transactions. After contacting the bank, I did hear back from them. This was their reply: "Thank you for reaching out to us. We are currently waiting for multiple 3rd parties, including Quicken to accept the invitation to link with our new platform. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA on this. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you have a great day!" They've put it back on Quicken.
