How to do reconciling with the new version?

I've used Quicken for years and have always had no problems with it. The new version is impossible to reconcile bank accounts. HELP!!!!!!!

I am sorry about these frustrating difficulties with the Reconcile feature. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for assistance. 

First, what - in particular - seems to be causing trouble during the process of reconciling your accounts? Are you trying to reconcile to a paper statement? Also, when you mention the 'new version,' is this meant to refer to a recent software update?
