Quicken Goes Not Responding after a period of time.
I have Win 11 22H2 on a Surface 3 Go. Latest update to Quicken installed but this was present before September Update.

    Hello @WesS

I am sorry to hear about these issues with Bill Manager. Thank you for discussing this here on the Quicken Community.

Have you tried restarting your computer after this happens? You may additionally try uninstalling the Quicken software using the steps listed in this Support Article, then deleting Quicken from the Program Files (x86) folder. You may then reinstall the software after following those steps using the steps listed here

Let us know how this works!

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

Jared - As this is a Surface with limited onboard memory, Quicken is installed on the "D:" Drive root. Install can't create a D\***.msi file and the Uninstaller fails.

The attempt to create is D:\onfig.msi and Quicken is no longer runnable.

I cleared all registry entries for Quicken, deleted the Quicken folder. Then downloaded Quicken from my Subscriptions. Still have issue. If I attempt to use Bill Income, Quicken does nothing, and another touch of the screen crashes the program.

    Hello @WesS,

I am sorry that these problems remain even after moving through earlier troubleshooting steps. Thank you for continuing to work with me on this issue.

Unfortunately, given the ongoing nature of these problems, I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support by using the information provided here. They will be able to diagnose and troubleshoot this problem in greater detail, with the unique resources available at their disposal.

I wish that I could provide further assistance from the Community, but this will present the best way forward.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared
